🡢 TERMS OF SERVICE 🡠
*by agreeing to commission me, you agree to all of the rules/terms below.GENERAL❥ Do not use my art/designs without permission, the only people allowed to use my art are the rightful commissioner.
❥ As the commissioner, you are allowed to repost to social media with credit, etc.❥ All of my work comes with my signature / watermark and it may not be removed.❥ I will not draw anything promoting any kind of hate, racism, homophobia, antisemitism, etc.❥ I will draw anything, including humanoids, anthromorphic, or feral characters. NSFW is an option for those 18+ (with ID).❥ I will not draw NSFW of minor characters.PAYMENT❥ I require full payment upfront before starting. Payment plans can be discussed if short and if the amount exceeds $50.
❥ I always retain the right to turn down ANY commission offer, regardless of circumstance/reason.
❥ All prices are in USD.
❥ I can take PayPal (primary), Venmo, or CashApp.
❥ It must at least be a month without updates to make any kind of refund inquiries.
❥ Refunds are available if I feel like I can't complete your request. After the line stage, refunds are not available.
❥ If I haven't started and it has been over a month, you may inquire about a refund however please keep in mind this is my job and I might not be able to refund you right away!
❥ If commissioned for NSFW, you are agreeing to be of age (18+), if I find out you falsify this information you will be blacklisted.DESIGNS
❥ For adopts, if payment is not made within 48 hours, the design will go back up for sale.
❥ For adopts, payment plans are OK as long as they are made in advance. I require a down-payment of at least half.
❥ For adopts, holds are OK as long as the details are thoroughly worked out beforehand.
❥ I must always be credited for design, even if heavy edits are made. If using a base, the base maker must be credited as well.
❥ Full resolution image will only be sent after purchase.
❥ It's OK to resell/trade after purchase for the amount it has been purchased for, not including extra commissioned art. You may add the value of commissioned work to the price.
❥ After purchase, you're free to use the design how you please.
❥ Commercial use of my designs is OK, as long as I am always credited where it is due.
❥ No refunds after purchase, make sure you are sure in purchasing beforehand.
